Experimental details

Immunohistochemical analysis of BRIP1 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section of the human breast cancer. Samples were incubated in BRIP1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA3-16552) using a dilution of 1:200. The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method which followed counterstaining of the cells with hematoxylin. The antibody generated a nuclear stain in ductal cells with some cytoplasmic localization.
