Description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TBX5, which is also known as T box protein5, is expressed in the cardiovascular system but is over expressive in oocyte and cardiomyocyte. It is found in the protein-DNA complex. It plays an extensive role in transcriptional activator activity and RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific binding. This DNA-binding protein regulates the transcription of several genes and is involved in heart development and limb pattern formation and binds to the core DNA motif of NPPA promoter.
