- Western Blot: Dicer Antibody [NBP1-06520] - Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation: Dicer antibody [NBP1-06520]- Whole cell lysate from 293T (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HeLa (H; 50 ug), and mouse NIH3T3 (M; 50 ug) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-Dicer antibody NBP1-06520 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. Dicer was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Dicer antibodies NBP1-06521 and another anti-Dicer antibodiey, which recognize downstream epitopes.

- Western Blot: Dicer Antibody [NBP1-06520] - Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit antiDicer antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Immunoprecipitation: Dicer Antibody [NBP1-06520] - Detection of human Dicer by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Dicer antibody NBP1-06520 (lot NBP1-06520-5) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Dicer was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-06520-4). For blotting immunoprecipitated Dicer, NBP1-06520 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
