Western Blot: 14-3-3 Antibody [NBP2-27202] - analysis of 14-3-3 using 14-3-3 antibody. Human Brain tissue lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide, 3) mouse brain, and 4) rat brain lysate probed with 2 ug/ml of 14-3-3 antibody. I goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
