Human peripheral blood monocytes treated for 24 hours with 50 ng/mL PMA and 500 ng/mL of calcium ionomycin were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Semaphorin 4A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4694, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
