In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Fc gamma RII is observed and no cross-reactivity with rmFc gamma RIA, recombinant human (rh) Fc gamma RIIA, rhFc gamma RIIB/C, rhFc gamma RIIIB, or rmFcrl3 is observed.
