- Annexin A1/Annexin I in Human Breast. Annexin A1/Annexin I was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast using Human/Mouse/Rat Annexin A1/Annexin I Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to stromal cells.
