- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Axin-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Axin-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3287) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Axin-1 at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
