- Western blot analysis of REC8 was performed by loading 293T cells lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a REC8 antibody (Product # PA5-51301) at a 1/300 dilution for 10 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
