- Flow (Cell Surface): VISTA/B7-H5/PD-1H Antibody (855328) - Azide Free [MAB9057] - A cell surface stain was performed on U-937 cells with VISTA/B7-H5/PD-1H (855328) antibody MAB9057PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to phycoerythrin.
