- Detection of TSLP R in Human PBMC Monocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human PBMC monocytes were stained with Human TSLP R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB981) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B) and Human CD14 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832F). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB002).
