- Western blot analysis of DSCAM in 25 ng recombinant Human DSCAM and recombinant Human DSCAM‚Lr. Samples were incubated in DSCAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47523) using a dilution of 0.1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for DSCAM at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of DSCAM in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in DSCAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47523) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
