Detection of Cadherin-6/KCAD in MG-63 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. MG-63 human osteo-sarcoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Cadherin-6/ KCAD Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2715, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')₂ Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). Cells were stained in a buffer containing Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺.
