- Western Blot: Histone H4 [Trimethyl Lys20] Antibody (C.15100148) [NBP2-59235] - Histone extracts of HeLa cells (15 ug) were analyzed by Western blot with antibody at 1:50 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skim milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right; the marker (in kDa) is shown on the left.

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Histone H4 [Trimethyl Lys20] Antibody (C.15100148) [NBP2-59235] - ChIP assays were performed using human HeLa cells, the antibody against H4K20me3 and optimized PCR primer sets for qPCR. ChIP was performed with a LowCell number ChIP kit, using sheared chromatin from 10,000 cells. Two different quantities of antibody (3 and 12 uL per ChIP experiment) were analyzed. IgG (1 ug) was used as negative IP control. QPCR was performed with primers for the GAPDH promoter and for the inactive gene TSH2B. Figure shows the recovery, expressed as % of input (the relative amount of immunoprecipitated DNA compared to input DNA after qPCR analysis).
