- Western blot analysis of GCH1 was performed by loading (from left to right): Human fetal liver tissue and hela cell lysates (60µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a GCH1 antibody (Product # PA5-50508) at a 1/200 dilution for 15 minutes, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
