- Detection of Mouse and Rat M-Cadherin/Cadherin-15 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line and L6 rat myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse M-Cadherin/ Cadherin-15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB76771) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for M-Cadherin/Cadherin-15 at approximately 125 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
