- Detection of Rat TGN38 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of RBL-2H3 rat basophilic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Rat TGN38 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8059) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for TGN38 at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
