- Western blot analysis of PCCA in (lane 2) Gene specific transient over-expression HEK293T cell lysate and (lane 3) Empty vector transfected control HEK293T cell lysate. Samples were probed with a PCCA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-27572) at a dilution of 1:1000. Secondary detection was performed using a peroxidase conjugated Rabbit anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) at a 1:10,000 dilution and developed with TMB Substrate.
