- Immunohistochemical analysis of PRMT4 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section of the human breast carcinoma. Samples were incubated in PRMT4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41103) using a dilution of 1:200. The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method which followed counterstaining of the cells with hematoxylin. The antibody generated nuclear and cytoplasmic staining.
