- PA1-26640 detects LAT (phospho Y132) from human samples. PA1-26640 is expected to cross react with mouse (85% conserved), rat (77% conserved) due to sequence homology. PA1-26640 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-26640 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of human LAT containing tyrosine 132.

- Western blot detection of Phospho-LAT pTyr132 in extracts prepared from Jurkat E6.1 cells were left unstimulated (lane 1) or stimulated (lanes 2-5). Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% polyacrylamide gel and transferred to PVDF. Membranes were blocked with a 5% BSA-TBST buffer overnight at 4ºC and probed using a Phospho-LAT pTyr132 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-26640).
