- Western Blot: PDE3A Antibody [NBP2-19744] - Antibody specificity is verified in 293T cells with siPDE3A knockdown (first 6 lanes with varying siRNA concentrations). 5 nM and 25 nM resulted in ~30% protein reduction (lanes 2, 3 vs lanes 5, 6). Loading of all 293T cell lysates are ~30 ug. H9C2 lysate is ~7 ug due to limited materials. Antibody at 1:500. Secondary antibody at 1:10,000. Blocked with 5% BSA.
