- Detection of XCR1 in Human LPS-treated PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were treated for 16 hours with 1 μg/mL LPS then stained with Goat Anti-Human XCR1 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF857, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # BAF108, open histogram), followed by Streptavidin-Phycoerythrin (Catalog # F0040).
