- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human Cystatin E/M in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cystatin E/M is observed, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cystatin D is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin A, rhCystatin B, rhCystatin C, rhCystatin S, rhCystatin SA, rhCystatin SN, rhFetuin A, and rhFetuin B is observed.
