- Flow (Cell Surface): 5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 Antibody (AD2) [NBP2-48480] - A cell surface stain was performed on U87MG cells with NBP2-48480APC (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27287APC (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 0.5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Allophycocyanin.
