Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of human brain cortex and hippocampus tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 4A1/SULT4A1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47783) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 4A1/SULT4A1 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western blot analysis of SULT4A1 in human brain cortex and hippocampus tissue. Samples were incubated in SULT4A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47783) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 4A1/SULT4A1 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Experimental details

Immunohistochemical analysis of SULT4A1 in paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in SULT4A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47783) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
