- Western blot analysis of DPPA4 in human testis lysate using 1) pre-bleed and 2) this antibody. Samples were incubated in DPPA4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23444) followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
