- Western blot analysis from lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 100 ng/mL recombinant human HGF for 15 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-human/mouse Phospho-MSK2/RSKB (S196) Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48109), followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of Phospho-MSK2 (Ser196) in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas. Samples were incubated in Phospho-MSK2 (Ser196) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48109) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rabbit HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
