- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human, mouse, and rat Peroxiredoxin 2 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25%-40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Peroxiredoxin 1 and 4 is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with rhPeroxiredoxin 3, 5, and 6 is observed. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15%-25% cross-reactivity with rhPeroxiredoxin 1 and 4 is observed, and less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhPeroxiredoxin 3, 5, or 6 is observed.

- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Peroxiredoxin 2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Peroxiredoxin 2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3489) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Peroxiredoxin 2 at approximately 24 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
