- Protein A or G purified. This MAb recognizes a 27kDa protein, identified as the p27Kip1, a cell cycle regulatory mitotic inhibitor. It is highly specific and shows no cross-reaction with other related mitotic inhibitors. p27Kip1 functions as a negative regulator of G1 progression and has been proposed to function as a possible mediator of TGF- induced G1 arrest. p27Kip1 is a candidate tumor suppressor gene. This MAb is excellent for staining of formalin-fixed tissues.

- Flow (Intracellular): p27/Kip1 Antibody (KIP1/769) [NBP2-44495] - Flow Cytometry: p27/Kip1 Antibody (KIP1/769) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-47769] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat cells with p27/Kip1 Antibody (KIP1/769) NBP2-47769PE and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythrin. Image using the Azide and BSA Free form of this antibody.
