- Western blot analysis of AKR1A1 was performed by loading Lane1: Human liver cancer tissue lysate (27µg), Lane2: Hela cell lysate (27µg), Lane3: 293T cell lysate (27µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a AKR1A1 antibody (Product # PA5-49731) at a 1/500 dilution for 10 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
