- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) BAFF is observed, 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) LIGHT and rhEDA-A2 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmTWEAK, rhAPRIL, rmFas Ligand, rhGITR Ligand, rmOX40 Ligand, rmTNF-a, rmTRAIL and rm4-1BB Ligand is observed.
