Description

Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human TRANCE/TNFSF11/RANK L in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) TRANCE and approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LIGHT is observed. No cross-reactivity with rh4-1BB Ligand, rhAPRIL, rhBAFF, rhEDA, rhEDA-A2, rhFas Ligand, rhGITR Ligand, rhOX40 LIgand, rhTNF-alpha , rhTRAIL, rhTWEAK, or rhVEGI is observed.

Experimental details

Detection of Human TRANCE/TNFSF11/RANK L by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human primary differentiated CD4⁺ Th2 cells. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human TRANCE/TNFSF11/RANK L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6263) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for TRANCE/TNFSF11/RANK L at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
