- Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IL10 protein in triplicate at 600, 240, 96, 38.4, 15.36, and 0 pg/ml (50 ul per wel) using GTX15625 as capture antibody (2 ug/ml) and GTX15764 as detection antibody (0.3 ug/ml). The plate was washed and incubated with Streptavidin-HRP. Detection was performed using TMB substrate. The plate was then stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid. Absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450-550 nm.
