VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Inhibition of VEGF-dependent Cell Proliferation and Neutralization by Mouse VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Antibody. Recombinant Mouse VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 443-KD) inhibits Recombinant Mouse VEGF₁₆₄ (Catalog # 493-MV) induced proliferation in HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of Recombinant Mouse VEGF₁₆₄ (5 ng/mL) activity elicited by Recombinant Mouse VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Fc Chimera (150 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4431). The ND₅₀ is typically 0.05-0.15 µg/mL.
