- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (5ug lysate) of Mouse Pancreas (Lane 1), Rat Pancreas (Lane 2), Mouse Lungs (Lane 3) and Mouse Heart (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti- Pancreatic Amylase 1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-25330, 1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 55 kDa band corresponding to Pancreatic amylase 1 was detected Mouse and Rat Pancreas but not in Mouse Lungs and Mouse Heart which are reported to be negative for expression of Pancreatic amylase.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of 293 cells using an AMY2A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25330) at a dilution of 1:10-50, followed by a fluor-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (green). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
