Primary antibody: Biotin Conjugated Rabbit anti Lysozyme antibody at 1:5000 for overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Dylight 488 conjugated Streptavidin at 1:5,000 with Dylight 549 conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 1.5 hrs at RT. Block: incubated with blocking buffer for Lysozyme.
