- Western blot analysis of G6PD in whole cell lysates (15 and 25µg for human and 20µg for mouse) from human umbilical vein endothelial cells or mouse peritoneal macrophages from wildtype (+/+) and G6PD deficient (-/-) mice using a G6PD polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-33146). Mouse peritoneal macrophages from wildtype mice were immunoprecipitated with PA1-33146 and the precipitate and supernatant blotted for G6PD.
