- c-Myc antibody [9E10] detects c-Myc protein by western blot analysis. Raji and HeLa whole cell extracts and HeLa nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Myc antibody [9E10] (GTX75953) diluted by 1:1000.
