- Western blot analysis of Rat Brain Tissue Lysate using Product # PA5-19583, beta Arrestin 1 primary antibody at a dilution of 1 µg/mL. Blot treated with a secondary IR Dye680-conjugated Goat polyclonal anti-Rabbit antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10000.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-beta Arrestin 1 Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-19583) and a 55kDa band corresponding to beta Arrestin 1 was observed across cell lines and tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of MDA-MB-231 (Lane 1), SK-BR-3 (Lane 2), K-562 (Lane 3), Mouse Brain (Lane 4), Rat Brain (Lane 5), Mouse Heart (Lane 6), Rat Heart (Lane 7) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 Dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).Expression of ARRB1 was found to be higher in SK-BR-3, K-562, Mouse Brain, Rat Brain as compared to MDA-MB-231,Mouse Heart and Rat Heart.
