Experimental details

Detection of Human MEK2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human MEK2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2855) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). For add-itional reference, recombinant human MEK1 and Recombinant Human Active MEK2 (Catalog # 2855-KS) (10 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for MEK2 was detected at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
