- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat PAK2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEL 92.1.7 human erythroleukemic cell line, CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human PAK2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6849) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PAK2 at approximately 63 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
