- Detection of Human Bcl-w by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of WS-1 human fetal skin fibroblast cell line and CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line. The PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Human Bcl-w Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB824) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, Recombinant Human Bcl-w Minus C-Terminus (Catalog # 824-BW) (1 ng) was included. A specific band for Bcl-w was detected at approximately 18 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 9 with 25 mM Tris and 0.15 M NaCl.
