- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects rat L-Selectin/CD62L in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) L-Selectin, recombinant mouse (rm) L-Selectin, and recombinant rat E-Selectin is observed. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with rmL-Selectin is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rhL-Selectin is observed.
