Western blot analysis from lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human LRP-6. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human LRP-6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47145) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for LRP-6 at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western blot analysis of LRP6 in 293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human LRP‚6. Samples were incubated in LRP6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47145) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for LRP‚6 at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
