- Description: The TNKUSOHA monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD304, which is also known as BDCA-4 and Neuropilin-1. Like CD303, the CD304 antigen is expressed on human plasmacytoid dendritic cells in normal blood and bone marrow. CD304 can also be detected on T follicular helper cells in inflamed tonsils, as well as on some B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias. In addition, CD304 is expressed on numerous non-hematopoietic cell types, including neurons, endothelial, and tumor cells. Plasmacytoid dendritic cells play a key role in the innate immune response against viral pathogens and tumors.
