- Western blot was performed using Anti-Reelin Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-68310) and a 400kDa band corresponding to Reelin was observed across in cerebellum when compared to other tissues. Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Cerebellum (Lane 1), Rat Cerebellum (Lane 2), Mouse Liver (Lane 3), Rat Liver (Lane 4), Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 5), Rat Skeletal Muscle (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 3-8% Tris-Acetate Protein Gel (Product # EA0378BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076). An uncharacterized band at ~350kDa was observed in Mouse Skeletal Muscle.
