- Western blot analysis of Cytochrome C in Jurkat, 143B, and HeLa cells using a Cytocrome C Monoclonal antibody (Product # 459160). Apoptosis was induced in Jurkat, 143B osteosarcoma, and HeLa cells bia treatment with FAS and staurosporine. Isolation of Mitochondrial and cytoplasmic fractions were performed before detecting with the Cyctocrome C Monoclonal antibody (Product # 459160). The western blot shows that Cytochrome c has translocated partially in FAS-induced cells and STS-treated 43B osteosarcoma cells, and almost completely in STS-treated Jurkat and HeLa cells.
