Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human Pro HGF Activator in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It recognizes only the propeptide region of HGFA precursor, not active HGFA. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Pro HGFA is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Factor X and rhThrombin is observed.
