- Experimental details
- Detection of Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse skin tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4054) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). Three specific bands were detected for Integrin beta 4/CD104 at approximately 150-200 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
