Experimental details

Beclin 1 antibody detects Beclin 1 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Beclin 1 -transfected (+, ) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Beclin 1 antibody (GTX631396) diluted by 1:1000.
